WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades provide a guaranteed boost to certain stats. Each upgrade increases item level by +3. A random extra substat is also boosted alongside every upgrade.

Upgraded gear is generally more valuable, unless it has low requirements by nature (like FB sorc shields) or a high stat variance (like eth Titan weapons). Upgrades are not as useful for the latter because of the requirement to roll the perfect version.

The item upgrader lets players upgrade items their gear by offering the currency to an NPC. Upgrades can be applied to any kind of weapon or armor. The Best item upgrader used to upgrade the item will be consumed and can't be used again. Upgrades can be used to create the enchantments.
