Since this refrigerator is an extra amount, I'd like to see better.

Other than that the fridge is a great option. It has a large freezer compartment, which is unusual for counter-depth French door fridges. It also holds plenty of frozen food items compared to other models.

The GE PGE29BYTFS Smart Refrigerator has all the features you would expect from a refrigerator within this price range. It has Wi-Fi as well as app support and GE's SmartHQ Software. The app, available for iOS and Android devices, lets you control your refrigerator from anywhere in the world, and offers many options for customizing. It will also send you notifications when the door is unlocked and when the freezer or fridge needs to be defrosted, and when the filter has to be changed.

This fridge was rated the best in our Refrigerators Test for several reasons. Its freezer temperatures remained constant at just above 0° Fahrenheit and never fluctuated more than a fraction - this is crucial to avoid the risk of a freezer burn. One of the nice things about this refrigerator is that the ice maker is in the freezer, making it simple to move frozen ice to the fridge to use as needed. The LG Counter-Depth MAX fridge is an excellent option for those looking to blend the look of a French door refrigerator with an efficient design. It has a capacity that is above average for counter-depth models, and it cools evenly. It's also a bit less than the best counter-depth refrigerators that have an ice maker, which can make it a popular choice.

The "Chill Drawer", which is located above the two crisper bins, is a great feature. This drawer lets you divert part of the fridge's cooling power directly to this area, which means you can store foods that need extra attention. You can adjust the feature using the slider located on the on the outside of the drawer. You can also adjust the general cooling settings for the entire fridge. I have found that the general settings work better than the specific ones.

During my tests, I found that the temperatures of the refrigerator were fairly consistent in different parts of the refrigerator. The temperatures in the middle, top and bottom of the refrigerator did not differ significantly from 38 degrees. This is a solid performance but does not quite make it to the top of our ratings.

This fridge has a few other neat features, including a temperature-monitoring display that alerts you to fluctuations and provides a forecast for the day ahead. This fridge can be connected with a smart thermostat to get more accurate readings on the internal temperature of your fridge.
